Advice to the project planning and budgeting issues
MELIUS offers advice to public and private bodies for the project planning, management and budgeting issues of transnational and national projects.

In the following there are the formal agreements we have with public and private bodies.
- PROVINCIA DI AREZZO (AREZZO PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT)
MELIUS have an agreement of technical support to the project planning with the Arezzo provincial government – Unit for the EC Politics and International Co-operation in order to improve the local development.
The project planning activity is featured by a customer oriented approach where the main goal is the satisfaction of real needs of the public body and the respect of local and sectoral features.
Projects carried out will be featured by a bottom-up approach.
- SELENA – ASSOCIATION OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS IN BULGARIA
MELIUS is fellow of SELENA and collaborates with the association in the organisation of fora to promote women entrepreneurship, co-operation between Italy and Bulgaria and in the transnational project planning of activities in the education and employment field.
SELENA has been founded by a group of different skilled people working together to create synergies aimed at exploring development opportunities for the Bulgarian economy on an international level in the following sectors: training, entrepreneurial management and business strategy, consulting services, communication and marketing activities, European funds and Community programmes, coordination of territorial improvement projects.
- FUTURA
MELIUS is cooperating with the training body FUTURA to carry out training courses in European project planning. In November 2008 it will be held the first edition of the higher training course in European project planning.
