Social Inclusion: How Leonardo da Vinci projects contributed to make it effective (agreement no. 2006-3545/001-001 LE2-73VAL)

The project aims at selecting, analysing, exploiting within national and local contexts products and practices in the field of social inclusion of immigrants, mainly financed under the Leonardo da Vinci framework but also within further EC and national programmes and with a view to exploiting and integrating them within national and regional arrangements.

These projects results have been gathered according to 3 categories:

Different products and methodologies have been adopted and used by practitioners of public and private advice services for disadvantaged users and immigrants.

An international conference has been organised in Florence (Italy) on 18th January 2008, in order to valorise these products.

  • The project lasted 18 months (December 2006 – June 2008). It was promoted by the University of Florence (Italy), in cooperation with MELIUS srl (Italy) and Landesschulrat für Steiermark (Austria).
